Returns/Refunds
Our goal at Bay Breeze Patio is for you to be totally happy with the furniture you have purchased from us. If for any reason you are not pleased, you may return the new/unused merchandise to us.
All returns are handled in the following manner:
- You must call for a Return Authorization – 850.269.4666.
- Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
- Freight must be prepaid by the customer on all returns.
- Packaging must be original or able to travel.
- Furniture must be returned in “new” condition.
- Custom orders CAN NOT be returned. No refunds are available for custom-ordered merchandise.
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
Warranty
At Bay Breeze Patio, we honor our Manufacturer’s Warranties which vary by vendor. At the time of your purchase, we will supply you with the warranty Information pertinent to your collection.
