Shipping And Delivery
If you order furniture to arrive direct to you, it will arrive boxed via common carrier freight truck as a curbside delivery. Be advised, this does not mean an in-home delivery. Freight carrier drivers are obligated to drop merchandise at your driveway. There must be someone at home to accept the delivery. Freight will not be left unattended. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
- It is vital that you inspect boxes/furniture for damages before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- If furniture is damaged, please refuse the damaged pieces.
- Damages must be noted on the carrier’s receipt in order for a claim to be filed with the carrier.
Freight charges vary by location. Common Carrier trucking lines will not make deliveries on unpaved roads. Please call us with any questions or concerns.
We do not charge Sales Tax on orders shipped out of Florida. Since local and state laws will vary regarding sales tax on out of state purchases, it is up to the customer to report any purchases to the home state.
Rates vary by location and apply to the total retail price of the items being shipped.
