Wayne Paul

Wayne Paul is the co-owner of Bay Breeze Patio and the master griller in the family. His outdoor kitchen includes a large Big Green Egg, a Fire Magic Gas Grill, Memphis Pellet Grill, and Tru refrigeration system among other tools and conveniences. He is a KCBS certified barbecue judge and travels to cooking events around the Southeast. He is also a member of the SE Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association (HPBA).  As a founding partner in Eggs on the Beach, the Emerald Coast’s official Big Green Egg EggFest held at Seascape Resort, Wayne has been able to meld his passion for cooking on the Big Green Egg with supporting non-profit organizations in our community. Since its inception in 2014, Eggs on the Beach has raised more than $205,000 for local non-profits.

Susan Kiley

Susan Kiley has been in the outdoor products’ industries since 1984. Since taking ownership of Bay Breeze Patio in Miramar Beach more than two decades ago, Susan found her passion and became entrenched in the industry and the local community.

 

Susan is a past board member of the International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA), serving along with representatives from leading outdoor furnishings manufacturers, including Lane Venture, Tropitone and Brown Jordan, among others. With a love of outdoor living and entertaining, Susan finds her job extremely rewarding. After 20+ years as owner of Bay Breeze Patio, assisting clients in their selection of outdoor furniture and home décor that works within their outdoor space is still an exciting process for Susan, and she finds joy in helping customers achieve their desired result. Susan regularly works with residents and second homeowners, commercial contractors as well as interior designers to create their outdoor dreams. 


She also enjoys supporting the local community and contributes regularly to fundraisers for local non-profit organizations. In addition, she serves on the marketing committee of the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, and supports a variety of non-profit organizations including Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation through donations and service. 

Nicole Bornoff, Sales Associate

Nicole has been with Bay Breeze Patio for more than 20 years, which is longer than co-owners Wayne and Susan. In fact, it is a running joke that she came with the store, and while the team enjoys a laugh, her extensive knowledge of Bay Breeze Patio’s product lines and inventory is downright impressive.

She has a great eye for design and is often found creatively arranging products on display within the 2,400 square foot showroom. When she’s not working with clients, she may be found in the warehouse assembling grills or out making deliveries. Her other passion is surfing and she can be found out in the Gulf when the surf is up. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carrie Ritchie, Sales Associate

 

Carrie joined the team more than year ago and brings a background in design and exceptional customer service. She’s been an incredible addition to the team, providing stellar service, design expertise, and assistance managing Bay Breeze Patio social media pages.
