COVID-19 Update on Operations
Dear Friends,
Thank you so much for your continued support of our business these past 16 years – yes it has been 16! We are still here because of all of you and we started this Anniversary Party/Sale after the ’08 Recession because times got tough and we wanted to thank you for keeping us here.
Unfortunately, we have had to cancel our Anniversary Event and Customer Appreciation Party but our Anniversary Sales are still ongoing. This is a once a year sale for us and we know many of you wait for it to add to your outdoor living space. The following are the deals and the expiration dates:
Additional 10% off of Lloyd Flanders and Summer Classics through March 30.
Additional 10% off of Berlin Gardens, Brown Jordan, Jensen Leisure, Polywood, Seaside Casual, Tommy Bahama, Tropitone, and Winston through April 4.
Additional 10% off Lane Venture through April 11.
Since COVID-19 has dramatically impacted our lives and the way many of us do business, we are doing everything we can to keep our customers and ourselves safe. We are still here working our store as many of our clients have ordered furniture that is starting to come in. We will continue to be here as long as possible, and each day we are taking preventative measures to maintain a healthy work environment and have enhanced our daily cleaning procedures to prevent the spread of infection. We are cleaning all hard surfaces at the store constantly – counter, door knobs, table tops, staplers, pens and phones. These measures are aligned with the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and include the following:
- Cleaning our hands often. If soap and water are not readily available, we are using a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
- Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth
- Cover coughs and sneezes
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Stay home if you are sick, unless you seek medical care
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces
We also will be available for private consultations by appointment and we will continue to do much of our business on the phone and via email – which is all pretty normal for us. As we mentioned, our once a year Anniversary Sales are still ongoing. This is a once a year sale for us and we know many of you wait for it to enhance your outdoor living space. We’re here to serve you and help create a much needed outdoor oasis for you right now.
